• Account Summary: Overview of all brokerage accounts that you are entitled to view and ability to assign nicknames to each account.


• Balances: View current money market, cash, margin balances and total account value.


• Portfolio: Customize your view of current account holdings by selecting from 21 categories such as cost basis, unrealized gain/loss, annual income, 52 week high and low, today’s $ change, bid, ask, volume, current yield, estimated annual income, and more. Create up to 5 different customized views.


• Activity: View daily account activity for the past 12 months with the ability to sort by date, symbol, or activity type.


• Asset Allocation: View assets in your account by type of asset (cash/money market, stocks/options, fixed income, mutual funds, etc.) in either a roll-up view by asset type or a detailed view listing each individual holding within each category.  Also includes a graphical representation of asset by category.


• Realized Gains/Losses: View realized gains or losses for current year or previous year.


• Portfolio Report: Group selected accounts together to create a report which consolidates all assets and includes optional portfolio account summery, portfolio asset allocation, portfolio holdings, and/or realized gains/losses.


• Enroll for electronic delivery notification of monthly statements, trade confirmations, and tax documents.  Clients who activate this optional feature will no longer receive these documents by mail and instead will receive an e-mail notification any time one of the above document types is generated.  The e-mail will notify them that a document is ready to view and prompt them to log into their account to view the document.


• IRS Forms: Links to the most commonly used tax forms, schedules and instructions.


• Account Download: Ability to export account information to QuickenÒ, MicrosoftÒ Money or Excel.


• Preferences: Ability to customize the overall look of your Online Access site by setting default login page, account, and screen settings.
